Delivery after approval is a separate clock. With Interac e-Transfer Autodeposit, bet365 says the money is sent automatically once the request is processed, while a bank transfer can add one to ten business days depending on the casino. Why compare approval and delivery separately?

Because they are done by different parties. Approval, sometimes called processing or review, happens inside the casino: it checks your identity, your play and the payment method, then releases the money. Delivery happens afterwards, at the payment provider and your bank. A casino can approve in an hour and still use a method that takes three business days to land.

The Ontario standards describe the same split. The AGCO requires withdrawals to go only to an account the player legally holds, after verification that the account holder made the request, and to be paid “as soon as practicable” after authorization and verification. They set no fixed number of hours. So the time a casino states is its own commitment, and it usually covers only one of the two stages.

Which casinos state the shortest approval times?

Ordered by the stated approval or processing stage:

1. bet365 (Ontario): process time 1 to 4 hours for Interac; for cards and bank transfer it aims to process within 2 hours of the request.
2. PlayOJO (Ontario): aims to process within 11 hours, longer if the payments team reviews the request.
3. LeoVegas (Ontario): within 24 hours once ID documents are submitted, and in all cases within five working days.
4. OLG.ca: aims to process within one business day.
5. JeetCity: its FAQ says withdrawal requests are usually processed within 48 hours.
6. NorthSpin and WishKing: withdrawals stay pending for up to 48 hours under their terms.
7. Luxury Casino and Yukon Gold (Ontario): pending for 48 hours, then processed the next business day.
8. Amazon Slots (Ontario): pending up to 72 hours for screening, reversible during that time.
9. BetMGM (Ontario): internal review of up to 3 to 5 days on its withdrawal page; its Interac FAQ says about two business days.
10. BetRivers (Ontario): internal processing estimated at 3 business days.
11. Betty (Ontario): up to five business days of internal processing, and up to 10 business days for jackpot payouts.

How long does delivery take after approval?

• Interac: BetMGM (Ontario) says within 24 hours on its withdrawal page and about 8 hours in its Interac FAQ. 888casino (Ontario) quotes 1 to 3 business days after a one-day “awaiting process” stage, 2 to 4 in total. Casino Days, Jackpot City and Spin Casino (all Ontario) state 1 to 3 business days.
• Cards and e-wallets: Luxury Casino and Yukon Gold (Ontario) give 3 working days for Visa or Mastercard and 1 to 3 for e-wallets. bet365 lists debit and credit card withdrawals at 1 to 4 hours.
• Bank transfer and EFT: OLG.ca says banks generally take one to five business days after it processes the request. PlayNow.com allows up to three business days to process, then about one business day at the bank. Luxury and Yukon Gold quote 2 to 3 working days for CAD EFT and 6 to 10 for a direct bank transfer.
• JeetCity and its sister brands: JeetCity’s FAQ says that in most cases payment follows immediately after processing, that some methods may need up to 7 working days, and that transactions are free of charge. Its terms, like those of MoonWin, Spinrise, Boho Casino and SlotsGallery, process bank transfers in principle within three banking days.

What slows down a first withdrawal?

Identity checks, almost every time. The table’s “ID check” column shows where a casino says it happens:

• At sign-up. PlayOJO runs FINTRAC-standard verification before your first deposit or game. Betty verifies identity before you can bet.
• At the first withdrawal. 888casino requires a photo ID for the first withdrawal. Jackpot City asks for government photo ID and proof of address, and says live verification is usually instant while manual review can take a few hours.
• For a new method. Luxury and Yukon Gold say a first withdrawal by a new method may need 5 to 7 working days of extra checks.
• For larger amounts. NorthSpin’s terms allow up to 5 business days for an ID review and up to 7 business days for an audit of withdrawals of C$7,500 or more.

Withdrawals that wait for documents do not move until the documents are reviewed, so uploading them early is the simplest way to shorten a first payout.

What the data shows

1. A day or less is rare. Only three of the 21 rows state an approval stage of 24 hours or less, and OLG.ca’s one business day comes next. The rest state 48 hours or more, or several business days, and business days do not include weekends.
2. Some operators give two different numbers. BetMGM (Ontario) states 3 to 5 days of review on one page and about two business days on another. Spin Casino’s payment page says 1 to 3 business days, while its FAQ gives 3 to 7 business days for non-wallet methods. The BetMGM row shows both of its figures.
3. Reversal windows differ. Jackpot City and Spin Casino say their 48-hour reversal period has been removed. Luxury and Yukon Gold let you reverse a withdrawal until it is processed, and Amazon Slots keeps a reversible pending stage of up to 72 hours.

How we checked

Each row records what the casino states for one method or for all withdrawals: the pending or approval stage, the delivery time after approval, and whether an ID check comes before the first withdrawal. We read operators’ help pages, FAQs and terms on October 19 and 20, 2026, from outside Canada and from an Ontario connection, and the other brands’ terms from Quebec and Ontario connections. Ontario operators are named with the province. We did not request withdrawals, so no row is a measured time. The date in each row shows when it was last checked, and our methodology explains how we pick between conflicting sources.

What we could not confirm

• Delivery times after approval at NorthSpin, WishKing, BetRivers (Ontario), Betty (Ontario) and Amazon Slots (Ontario): their documents describe the approval stage only.
• Approval times for bank transfers at MoonWin, Spinrise, Boho Casino and SlotsGallery: their terms give the three-banking-day figure without a separate review stage.
• Interac withdrawals at JeetCity: the cashier, which lists methods, opens only after login.

Time your own withdrawal

Write down three times: when you submit the request, when the status changes to approved or sent, and when the money reaches your bank. Casinos usually show the second step in the account. bet365 (Ontario), for example, shows “Processing Withdrawal” before it processes the request and “Withdrawal left bet365” once it has.
