Luxury Casino Withdrawals in Ontario: Steps, Review Times and Payment Methods

Luxury Casino’s Ontario site keeps every withdrawal pending for 48 hours, processes it on the next business day, and then pays it out in 1 to 3 working days by e-wallet, 2 to 3 by CAD EFT or eCheck, 3 by Visa or Mastercard, or 6 to 10 by direct bank transfer. That makes e-wallets, which for Canada means Skrill, the fastest method, at about four to six working days from request to arrival. Interac is not on the withdrawal list. A first withdrawal by a new method may add 5 to 7 working days of checks. All figures are from the Ontario FAQ at ontario.luxury.casino, read on October 19, 2026.

How long does each method take?

MethodAfter processingMinimumFee
Skrill (e-wallet)1 to 3 working daysC$50None
CAD EFT or eCheck2 to 3 working daysC$50None
Visa OCT (Visa cardholders)3 working daysC$50None
Direct bank transfer6 to 10 working daysC$300C$50, or C$100 above C$3,000

Every method shares the first two stages: 48 hours pending, then processing on the next business day.

What are the steps from request to bank?

  1. You request a withdrawal. It goes into a pending state for 48 hours. During that time you can reverse it.
  2. Processing. After the pending period, Luxury Casino processes the request on the next business day. Once it is processed, it can no longer be reversed.
  3. Delivery. The payment provider or bank then takes the time shown for your method.
  4. First use of a method. If this is your first withdrawal with a new method, the FAQ says extra checks may take 5 to 7 working days.

In Ontario, the AGCO’s standards also require the operator to verify that the account holder made the request and that the money goes to an account the player legally holds, before it pays.

What does that look like on a calendar?

For a request made on a Monday morning, with verification done and a method you have used before:

  • Skrill: pending until Wednesday morning, processed Thursday, arrives Friday to the following Tuesday.
  • CAD EFT: processed Thursday, arrives the following Monday or Tuesday.
  • Visa OCT: processed Thursday, arrives the following Tuesday.
  • Direct bank transfer: processed Thursday, arrives six to ten working days later, so one and a half to two weeks after the request.

A request made on a Thursday or Friday has its 48-hour pending period end on the weekend, so processing waits until Monday.

Why is Interac not on the withdrawal list?

Luxury Casino’s Ontario FAQ lists Interac only under deposits, processed by PayDirect Billing Solutions. Withdrawals for Canada go by Visa OCT for Visa cardholders, CAD EFT or eCheck, and Skrill. If you deposited by Interac, you will need one of those to receive money. Our page on why a deposit method may not be available for withdrawals explains the pattern, which several Ontario operators share.

What do fees and minimums add?

The minimum withdrawal is C$300 for a bank wire and C$50 for every other method. CAD EFT is free; a direct bank transfer costs C$50, or C$100 for amounts above C$3,000; other methods cost nothing. On a C$500 withdrawal, the direct bank transfer fee takes 10% of the amount, while CAD EFT takes none and arrives faster. The minimum deposit, for comparison, is C$10.

Does a bonus change what you can withdraw?

It can. Luxury Casino’s Ontario terms say deposit bonuses must be played through 30 times before they convert to cash, with slots counting 100% toward that requirement and table games 2%. Until the conversion happens, bonus money is not cash in your balance. If you plan to withdraw soon after a deposit, read the bonus terms before you accept an offer.

How does this compare with other Ontario operators?

Luxury Casino’s stages are longer than some. bet365 (Ontario) states an Interac process time of 1 to 4 hours, PlayOJO (Ontario) aims to process within 11 hours, and Casino Days (Ontario) pays Interac withdrawals in 1 to 3 business days. The 48-hour pending period is the main difference: Jackpot City and Spin Casino in Ontario say they removed theirs.

Who runs the Ontario site, and does that matter for withdrawals?

The Ontario terms say Luxury Casino is managed by Apollo Entertainment Limited, a Maltese company in Ta’ Xbiex, regulated by the AGCO and operating under an agreement with iGaming Ontario. The site is in the iGaming Ontario directory as ontario.luxury.casino. The terms also require you to confirm that you are wagering from within Ontario. The same company runs Yukon Gold in Ontario with the same FAQ text; see our page on Yukon Gold withdrawals.

Support, according to the FAQ, is a 24/7 call centre for email and phone queries.

How we checked

We read the Ontario FAQ and terms at ontario.luxury.casino on October 19, 2026, and checked the site in the iGaming Ontario directory. We did not open an account or request a withdrawal. Every time and fee here is the operator’s own statement.

What we could not confirm

  • Maximum withdrawal amounts by method.
  • What the “extra checks” for a new method involve.
  • Whether Skrill or the receiving bank charges its own fee on the payout.

Before you request

Choose your withdrawal method before your first deposit, and make it one you will keep: switching methods later can trigger the 5 to 7 working days of extra checks. Make sure your identity documents are verified, and request on a Monday or Tuesday if timing matters. If the request is still pending after 48 hours plus one business day, contact the 24/7 support line with the request date.
