Casino Days Withdrawals in Ontario: Timing, Methods and Common Delays
Casino Days in Ontario pays withdrawals by Interac e-Transfer, and its payment help page states 1 to 3 business days, for amounts from C$20 to C$10,000. Interac is the only withdrawal method the page lists. The usual causes of a delay are written into its terms: identity and anti-money-laundering checks that are not yet complete, extra checks the operator can run at any time, and the rule that money goes back first to the methods you deposited with. Withdrawing deposits you never played may also carry a processing charge. We read Casino Days’ Ontario terms, help pages and home page on October 19 and 20, 2026.
Who runs Casino Days in Ontario?
The Ontario terms say the site at casinodays.com/on is operated by Golden Nebula Limited, a Malta company with number C 115271, registered by the AGCO as an internet gaming operator under registration OPIG1545684 and acting as an agent of iGaming Ontario. Casino Days is listed in the iGaming Ontario directory with that address. The same operator name appears on the Alberta iGaming Corporation’s list of registered sites for Alberta.
How long does a Casino Days withdrawal take?
The help page gives one figure for withdrawals: Interac e-Transfer, 1 to 3 business days, with limits of C$20 to C$10,000. That figure covers the operator’s side; your bank’s handling comes on top.
The pages we read do not give a separate pending or approval stage. Its home page advertises fast withdrawals and 24/7 support, which is a description of service, not a time you can plan with. Use the 1 to 3 business days.
On a calendar, a request made on a Monday would arrive between Tuesday and Thursday; one made on a Friday, between Monday and Wednesday, because weekends do not count as business days.
Which methods can you use?
For deposits, the help page lists:
- Interac: instant or 1 hour to 1 business day, C$20 to C$10,000.
- Credit card: instant, C$20 to C$3,500.
- Paysafecard: instant, C$20 to C$250.
For withdrawals, only Interac e-Transfer appears, from C$20 to C$10,000.
If you deposit by card or Paysafecard, read the next section before you request a withdrawal.
What usually causes delays?
The terms (sections 6 and 9) describe four causes:
- Identity and anti-money-laundering checks. Withdrawals require completed identity and AML checks. Until they are done, the request does not move.
- Extra checks. Casino Days says a withdrawal may be delayed or cancelled for additional checks.
- First in, first out. Withdrawals go first to the deposit methods you used, in the order you used them. If your deposits came from more than one method, the first payout may follow that order.
- Unplayed deposits. A processing charge may apply if deposits were not used for play. Depositing and withdrawing the same money without playing is the case to watch.
Bonuses carry their own clock: the terms say they must be used within 7 days.
None of these is solved by depositing again. A new deposit adds another amount to the first-in, first-out queue rather than releasing the current one.
What can you do if your withdrawal is late?
- Check the request in your account history and note the date you made it.
- If more than 3 business days have passed, contact support and ask whether identity or AML checks are complete and which method the payment is going to.
- Upload any document requested and keep a copy.
- If the problem continues, iGaming Ontario says to work with the operator first and obtain its complaint number. After that, iGaming Ontario can take escalated disputes about regulated Ontario sites, though it cannot settle bets, refund wagers or award compensation.
Ontario’s standards require operators to pay as soon as practicable after authorization and verification, without setting a number of hours. Our guide to reading each withdrawal status explains the usual stages, and our page on deposit methods that cannot receive withdrawals covers the first-in, first-out pattern at other operators.
How does that compare with other Ontario operators?
Casino Days sits in the middle of the Ontario sites we checked. bet365 (Ontario) states an Interac process time of 1 to 4 hours and PlayOJO (Ontario) aims to process within 11 hours, while Jackpot City and Spin Casino (Ontario) state the same 1 to 3 business days for Interac. 888casino (Ontario) adds a one-day awaiting stage to 1 to 3 business days, and BetMGM (Ontario) describes a review of up to 3 to 5 days before payment. Deposits work the other way round: an Interac deposit at Casino Days can take from a moment to one business day, so deposit a day ahead if you plan to play at a set time.
What else does the home page show?
The logged-out home page shows provider names on game tiles: Gates of Olympus, Big Bass Bonanza and Sweet Bonanza by Pragmatic Play, and live tables such as Infinite Free Bet Blackjack and XXXtreme Lightning Roulette by Evolution and Roulette Onair by OnAir Entertainment.

What we could not confirm
- Support channels and hours: the home page says 24/7 support but does not list channels.
- The amount of the processing charge on unplayed deposits.
- How long identity and AML checks take.
Before your first withdrawal
Complete identity verification right after you open the account, deposit by Interac if you want the withdrawal to go back the same way, and remember that withdrawing a deposit you have not played may carry a charge. Then request once, note the date, and allow 1 to 3 business days.
